The City of Dallas continues to win recognition for the significant land, lease and commercial deals that are happening here that attract corporate headquarter expansions, swanky new hotels, and state of the art multifamily complexes. The Dallas Business Journal published its annual “Best Real Estate Deals – 2022” finalists and winners last month. We’re proud to congratulate the 17 outstanding businesses that were recognized as finalists and winners on this prestigious list. The Office of Economic Development was directly involved in two winning projects: the “Deal of Year” – the new Goldman Sachs office campus redevelopment located between the Perot Museum and the American Airlines Center, and the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Hotel, in the Hospitality category (which received $5 million in loans facilitated by the City of Dallas Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program).
