Connect Dallas

Connect Dallas is a strategic mobility plan for the City developed in April 2021, and addresses the ever-evolving transportation needs of the City, through the lens of ensuring an economically vibrant, environmentally sustainable, and equitable Dallas. The strategic portion of the plan refers to equalization of City investments, and the mobility portion refers to the plans focus on all types and modes of transportation utilized within the City.
