Council approves project to bring food tech company Zume to southern Dallas

Dallas City Council has approved a business personal property tax abatement to encourage Zume, Inc., a California-based company, to establish a new 1,044,647 square foot manufacturing facility at 9155 Southlink Drive in southern Dallas.

Industrial park planned for West Dallas

Hillwood Properties has filed construction permits with the City of Dallas for a new industrial park along Chalk Hill Road, south of Interstate 30, in West Dallas. The almost 100-acre development includes multiple warehouse and distribution buildings.

Trammell Crow Co. has completed a 201,172-SF facility within the I-30 Business Park for Freeman Audio Visual, a Canadian electronics solutions firm. The facility consists of 43,000 SF of office space and 158,172 SF of warehouse and storage space.

More construction on the way in Dallas' Mountain Creek Business Park

Courtland Development will build two more industrial buildings in its Mountain Creek Business Park in southwest Dallas. The two small industrial buildings on Merrifield Road north of Interstate 20 will contain about 155,000 square feet of space.

Manufacturer plans to triple its footprint in Dallas' Oak Cliff neighborhood

Discount Tire hub kicks off in Far South Dallas this month

National automotive retailer Discount Tire's new regional distribution center in Far South Dallas will open in early 2019. It is breaking ground this month on the 700,000-square-foot warehouse on an almost 53-acre site on Bonnie View Rd. south of I-20.

Southern Dallas distribution hub on the way for Discount Tire

National automotive retailer Discount Tire will build a new warehouse on Bonnie View Rd. in southern Dallas. The warehouse will be completed in 2018 and add to the Int'l Inland Port of Dallas area and its mix of manufacturing and distribution facilities.
