[ARCHIVED] Work under way to turn landmark Deep Ellum building into boutique hotel

Construction has started on a Dallas landmark. The more than century old Union Bankers Trust building in Deep Ellum has been empty for more than two decades. It was originally built for the Knights of Pythias, an African-American fraternal organization.
